Annual Support & Maintenance Agreement (ASMA)
An Annual Support & Maintenance Agreement is a renewable, one, two or three year agreement which will provide you and your organisation with assistance and support on important matters such as system implementation, operator use and report development.
As part of your ASMA, you will receive several beneficial entitlements including:
- Unlimited email & online support from our Technical Support Department
- Priority bug fixing
- Free product upgrades and updates
- Allocate365 Add On Discounts
- Online Ticketing System
When is support available?
Our Support Centre is open during working hours – 8:30am to 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time and Daylight Savings Time, Monday to Friday.
What does it cost?
